2.1在开机向导(设置手机系统的第一步)点击“English”,在“Choose your

language”中找到自己国家的语言。

2.1 Enter boot wizard (the first step of setting mobile phone system), click “English”, to find your language in “Choose your language”.

2.2选择“设置”-“系统”-“语言和输入法”-“语言”,选择您需要的语言,

系统将自动跳转回语言界面,选择语言栏后的图标并将其拖动到第一个图标

上即可完成切换。

2.2 Select “Settings” – “System” – “Language and input method” – “Language”, choose your language and the system will jump to the language interface, select the icon in language column, drag it onto the first icon to complete language switch.

2.3在开机向导界面插入SIM 卡,系统会根据 SIM卡切换成对应语言。

2.3 Insert SIM card in the boot wizard and the system will switch to the corresponding language according to SIM card.

3.如何找到手机的IMEI号

3. How to find IMEI number

3.1手机外包装盒的标贴上标注了手机的IMEI号。

3.1 The label on outer package box lists the IMEI number of the mobile phone.

3.2手机后壳贴的标签上标注了手机的IMEI号。

3.2 The label pasted on back cover of the mobile phone lists the IMEI number.

3.3选择“设置”-“关于手机”,下拉找到手机的IMEI号。

3.3 Select “Settings” – “About mobile phone”, pull down to find the IMEI number.

3.4拨号APP界面,输入*#06#,弹出的界面显示IMEI号。

3.4 Enter dial APP interface, enter *#06# and the pop-up interface will show the IMEI number.

4.新手机是否需要刷新系统版本

4. System version upgrade of new mobile phone

4.1如果有版本更新,建议您及时将手机升级到最新版本。收到升级提示后,您可以在“设置”-“系统”-“系统更新”中查看更新的内容,并选择是否升级。建议在WLAN环境下进行升级,一般的系统更新都会提升手机的性能,增强对个人隐私和数据安全的保护,并为您提供更多新鲜的功能,所以建议您及时升级。如果不升级,当前系统也可以正常使用。在线升级不会清除用户数据,但为保证数据安全,建议在升级前备份用户数据。

4.1 You are suggested to upgrade the mobile phone to the latest version. Upon receiving the upgrade prompt, enter “Settings” – “System” – “System upgrade” to check the update contents, and select whether to upgrade. You’re suggested to upgrade under WLAN state; and upgrade promptly, as the general system upgrade may enhance mobile phone performance, better protect individual privacy and data and offer new functions; however, the system’s normal functions will not be affected, if the upgrade is cancelled. It is suggested to backup user data before the upgrade to protect data, even if the user’s data will not be cleared by the online upgrade.

5.如何将旧手机的数据备份到新手机上

5. How to copy data from old mobile phone to new one

5.1选择“设置”-“系统”-“备份”,把重要数据备份到Google One中。当

您更换新手机并登录Google账号后,即可同步。

5.1 Select “Settings” – “System” – “Backup”, copy the important data to Google One. The data will be synchronized after using the new mobile phone and logging into Google account.

6.如何将数据备份到外部存储设备

6. Copy data to external storage device

6.1通过USB将您的手机连接到PC,下拉通知界面,点击USB通知,选择

“File Transfer”,您的手机现在可以在PC上看到了。通过PC打开您的手机

来浏览文件,将任何想要备份的文件复制到PC上。

6.1 Connect your mobile phone to PC via USB, pull down the notification interface, click USB notification, select “File Transfer” and you can see the mobile phone on the PC. Open your mobile phone via PC, browse and copy the files to PC.

7.如何拓展内存

7. How to expand internal storage

首先您的手机要支持内存拓展,这类信息可以在商品的详情页中查询或

询问平台客服获得。

First of all, check if your mobile phone supports memory extension by referring to the details page of commodity or inquiring the platform’s customer service specialist.

如果您的手机支持内存拓展,那么开始下一步:

When memory extension is supported, start the next step:

7.1选择“设置”-“内存拓展”-“扩展内存选择”,选择您需要拓展的内存

容量-打开“启用内存拓展”,内存拓展将在手机重启后生效(示例:WP28)。.

7.1 Select “Settings” – “Memory extension” – “Select memory extension”, choose the memory requiring extension, open “Enable memory expansion” and the memory extension will be enabled after reboot (example: WP28).

7.2选择“设置-“内存扩展”-选择需要拓展的内存,手机重启后生效(示例:

C33)。

7.2 Select “Settings” – “Memory extension” – select the memory requiring extension and it will be enabled after reboot (example: C33).

 

8.如何切换手机主题

8. How to switch the mobile phone theme

8.1长按主屏幕上的空白位置-选择“主题”中的一个进行切换,部分机型有

(示例:WP26);

8.1 Hold and press the blank position on the screen – select one “Theme” for switching which is available for your model (example: WP26);

8.2长按主屏幕上的空白位置-选择“壁纸和样式”-打开“深色主题”按钮即

可切换(示例:WP27)。

8.2 Hold and press the blank position on screen – select “Wallpaper and style” – open “Deep color theme” button to switch (example: WP27).

9.手机上找不到待办事项通知

9. No to-do-list notification found on mobile phone

9.1进入“谷歌日历”(手机自带的应用)-点击“+”号编写任务和活动,编

写完成后打开闹钟提醒即可。

9.1 Enter “Google calendar” (default APP in mobile phone) – click “+” to set new task and activity, then open the alarm clock reminder.

10.如何进入水下相机

10. How to enter underwater camera

   10.1开机进入主界面,下拉手机顶部的状态栏找到“水下相机”菜单,点击

水下相机进入水下拍摄模式。

10.1 Enter homepage after reboot, pull down the top status bar, find “Underwater camera” menu, click “Underwater camera” to enter underwater shooting mode.

10.2水下模式禁用触摸屏和屏幕底部的三个按钮,本界面所有菜单均为摄像

头模式默认菜单:

10.2 It is forbidden to touch the touch screen and three buttons at the bottom of the screen in underwater mode. All menus in this interface are default menus in camera mode:

使用音量增大键拍照或开始/停止视频;

Press Volume + key to take picture or start/stop video;

使用音量降低键在照片和视频之间切换;

Press Volume – key to switch between photos and videos;

长按音量增大键1-3秒,松开音量增大键,前后摄像头切换;

Hold and press Volume + key for 1-3s, release Volume + key to switch between the front and rear camera;

按下侧面电源键退出水下相机。

Press “Power” key at lateral side to exit underwater camera.

11.应用程序无法卸载

11. APP uninstall failure

   11.1系统预置的默认应用不能卸载,其他通用应用或第三方应用可以卸载。

11.1 Default APPs cannot be uninstalled, while other general APPs or third-party APPs can be uninstalled.

   11.2长按应用下拉,上方会出现卸载框,将应用放入卸载框中即可卸载。

11.2 Hold and press APP and pull down, the uninstall frame will appear at the top, click the APP in it for uninstall.

   11.3选择“设置”-“应用”,点击您需要卸载的应用,在弹出的应用信息中点

击“卸载”即可。

11.3 Select “Settings” – “Application”, click the APP requiring uninstall, click “Uninstall” in the pop-up APP information.

12.如何恢复出厂设置

12. How to factory data reset 

12.1选择“设置”-“系统”-“重置选项”-选择“清除所有数据(恢复出厂

13.相机有时聚焦快、有时聚焦慢

13. Unstable focusing velocity of camera

13.1当手机处于不同的环境亮度,对焦对象处于不同的距离时,对焦算法会

根据这些因素调整操作过程,因此在不同的环境亮度下对焦时间会有所不同。

13.1 When the phone is in different ambient brightness and the focus object is at different distances, the focus algorithm will

adjust the operating process based on these factors, so focusing times will vary under different ambient brightness.

14.为什么收音机需要连接耳机才能使用

14.1手机的耳机就像天线,连接耳机后,手机的调频收音机可以收听调频广

播。

第二部分:常见故障处理办法

Part 2: Troubleshooting

1.手机无法正常开机

1. Mobile cannot upgrade normally

新手机第一次开机时,需要初始化很多系统资源,这比正常开机的时间要长,

请耐心等待。

Please wait with patience when booting the new mobile phone for the very first time, for it will initialize many system resources and take longer than the normal bootup.

1.1如果等了很长时间,比如10分钟后仍然没有开机,有可能是您在取出样

机或安装手机壳时不小心挤压了电源键和音量键的组合,误进入了出厂模式

或恢复模式。请长按电源键约10秒,强制重启,使其正常进入系统。

1.1 When bootup fails after long period, such as 10min, you may have entered the factory mode or recovery mode by accidentally touching “Power” key and volume key at the same time when taking out prototype or installing the shell. Please hold and press “Power” key for about 10s to reboot by force and enter the system normally.

1.2如果还是无法开机,有可能是手机没有电了,请连接适配的充电器充电20分钟以上,再长按电源键约10秒,重启手机。

1.2. The mobile phone may be out of power when bootup fails again. Please connect the adaptive charger to charge it for over 20min, then hold and press “Power” key for about 10s to reboot the mobile phone.

1.3如果执行了上述操作后,手机还是无法开机,建议您联系购买平台的客服

进行换机。

1.3 When boot failure remains after the above attempts, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

2.如果刚收到手机充电缓慢或无法充电

2. Slow charging or charging failure

2.1请检查USB数据线和充电器有没有损坏迹象,如破损或弯曲的插脚。请

勿使用损坏的配件。

2.1 Check if USB data cable and charger are damaged, such as damaged or bent pin. Do not use damaged accessories.

2.2如果您使用的是壁式电源插座,请检查USB数据线、充电器和壁式插座

或交流电源线之间的连接是不是牢固。或尝试其他插座。

2.2 When wall-mounted power socket is used, please check if USB data cable, charger and wall-mounted socket, or the AC power cables are connected firmly, or try to use other sockets.

2.3清除设备底部充电端口中的任何碎屑,然后将充电线紧紧插入你的设备。

2.3 Remove the chips (if any) in the charging port at the bottom of the mobile phone, then insert the charging cable into your device firmly.

2.4执行上述操作后,如没有问题,则:

Recharge the device for half an hour.

如果设备仍然没有响应,请强制重新启动设备后再充电半小时。

When the device has no response, reboot the device by force and then recharge it for half an hour.

When the device fails to be recharged, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

3.1可能手机上安装了有兼容性问题的应用程序:

3.1 The mobile phone may have incompatible APPs:

请检查安装并打开新应用程序后是否经常会出现此类问题。建议您尝试卸载

并重新启动以验证。同时,请将所有应用程序和手机系统升级到最新版本,

最新版本将进一步优化兼容性。

Check if this problem occurs frequently after installing and opening new APPs. You are suggested to uninstall and reboot APP for verification. Meanwhile, upgrade all APPs and system to the latest version to further optimize compatibility.

3.2电池电量不足时,手机会自动关机:

3.2 The mobile phone may have auto shutdown at low battery:

请确认手机电池电量是否过低,或者关机充电一段时间后再尝试开机,长按

电源键10秒以上,手机将自动关机重启。如果您的手机使用时间较长,电

池寿命较刚购买的新手机要短,并且在频繁通话、玩游戏等高功耗场景下会

出现自动关机,您的电池可能受到严重损坏。建议您和购买平台客服沟通换

机。

Check if the mobile phone battery level is low, or try to reboot after charging for certain period, hold and press “Power” key for over 10s to reboot. When your mobile phone is used for long period and has shorter life than new mobile phone, auto shutdown may occur due to high power consumption, such as frequent calls or playing games, which may severely damage the battery. Contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

3.3如果您的手机是在低功耗场景下使用时自动关机,建议在电量显示准确

的情况下,将电池完全放空后再充电3-5次,确认是否存在类似问题。如果

仍然存在类似问题,建议您联系购买平台的客服进行换机。

3.3 When your mobile phone has auto shutdown at low power consumption, it is suggested to discharge the battery completely for 3-5 times when the battery status is accurate, to see if the similar problem exists; if so, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

4.如果系统无法升级

4. System upgrade failure

4.1系统升级时要保证足够大的内存空间,内置SD卡的空间也需要足够大。

4.1 Make sure memory and built-in SD card are large enough during upgrade.

4.2升级过程中网络不能中断,电池必须保证电量充足。

4.2 Ensure uninterrupted network and sufficient electric supply during upgrade.

4.3升级失败后,您可以重启手机重新升级。

4.3 When upgrade fails, you can reboot system for re-upgrade.

如果上述操作后,手机还是无法升级,建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

When upgrade fails after the above attempts, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

5.如果蓝牙配件无法连接手机设备

5. Fail to connect Bluetooth accessory to mobile phone

先尝试完成以下步骤

Try the following steps

5.1确保蓝牙配件和手机设备彼此靠近;

5.1 Make sure Bluetooth accessories are close to mobile phone;

关闭蓝牙配件,然后再次开启;

Disable Bluetooth accessory, then enable it again;

确保蓝牙配件已开启,并且已充满电或已接入电源。如果配件使用电池,请

检查是不是需要更换电池;

Make sure Bluetooth accessory is enabled, fully charged and connected to power supply. Check if accessory needs battery replacement;

如果有一个 App 与蓝牙配件一起使用,请在设备上前往“已连接的设备”

-“连接偏好设置”-“蓝牙”,确保已为这个App打开蓝牙;

When an APP is used along with Bluetooth accessory, enter “Connected devices” – “Connection preference setting” – “Bluetooth” and make sure Bluetooth is enabled for this APP.

5.2如果仍无法配对或连接蓝牙配件

5.2 Fail to pair or connect Bluetooth accessory

5.2.1尝试将蓝牙配件与除你的手机设备以外的其他一些设备配对,请从其他设备取消配对这个配件。然后再尝试与你的手机设备配对;

5.2.1 Try to pair the Bluetooth accessory with other devices other than your mobile phone, then cancel pairing from another device, and try to pair with your mobile phone again;

5.2.2要了解配件是不是与你的手机设备兼容,请联系配件的生产企业或尝试用你的手机设备连接其他蓝牙配件,如果可以连接其他的蓝牙配件则可能是蓝牙设备不兼容,如果不可以连接,则可能是你的设备出现了故障,建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

5.2.2 To know if accessory is compatible with your mobile phone, please contact the accessory manufacturer or try to connect your mobile phone with another Bluetooth accessory, and if it can be connected, the current Bluetooth accessory may be incompatible with your mobile phone; otherwise, your device may be faulty. Please contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

6.如果移动数据不工作

6. Failed access to mobile data

6.1请检查您的手机是否可以拨打电话,如果可以拨打电话,但只是所有应用

程序无法访问数据网络。

6.1 Check if you can make a call through your mobile phone and if so, only the APPs do not have access to data network.

6.2请确认数据开关是否打开,进入设置查看SIM卡的数据开关是否打开;

或者下拉通知栏查看数据连接开关是否打开。

6.2 Enter “Settings” to see if data switch of SIM card is turned on, or pull-down notification bar to see if data switch is on.

6.3您可以通过电脑或其他手机登录运营商网上营业厅或电话热线查询手机

卡是否开通了移动上网功能,是否因欠费而被暂停。

6.3 You can login online business hall of operator via computer or mobile phone, or call the hotline, to see if the mobile internet function is activated, or if the service  is paused due to arrearage.

6.4请进入“设置”-“移动网络”,查看流量是否超出您设置的套餐,或者您

的上网权限(数据网络)是否开启,确认后请开启上网权限或校准您的套餐

设置 购买流量继续上网。

6.4 Enter “Settings” – “Mobile network”, check if data traffic exceeds your package, or your network authority (data network) is enabled; then enable the network authority or calibrate your package setting, purchase the data traffic to continue surfing the internet.

6.5检查数据网络接入点配置是否正确,并重置接入点默认设置。选择“设置”

-“移动网络”-“接入点名称”,检查是否正常,或者直接恢复默认设置。如

果还是有问题,建议备份手机数据,重置网络设置(部分机型支持)或者备

份手机数据,直接恢复出厂设置检查是否恢复正常。

6.5 Check if data network access point is configured properly and reset the default settings of the access point. Enter “Settings” – “Mobile network” – “Access point name”, to see if it is normal, or recover the default settings. When the fault remains, it is suggested to back up mobile phone data, reset network settings (supported by some models) or backup mobile phone data, recover the default factory settings, to see if the network is recovered.

如果执行完上述操作后,还是无法恢复正常,则可能是你的设备出现了故障,

建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

When network access failure remains after the above attempts, your device may be faulty. Please contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

7.如果应用程序总是自动闪回并退出

7. Frequent flashback of APPs

7.1可能是手机内存不足,请清除系统缓存并重试。

7.1 The mobile phone may have insufficient memory, please clear cache and try again later.

7.2可能是应用程序本身异常或不支持当前操作系统版本。

7.2 The APP may be faulty or does not fit the current operating system.

7.3可能是系统固件版本不支持,请通过购买平台客服或者官网邮件反馈问

题,技术人员将对问题进行定位。

7.3 The APP may not be supported by system firmware. Please report the problem to the platform where you purchased the mobile phone or the official website, so technicians can find the problems.

8.如果不能识别SD卡

8. SD card identification failure

8.1请尽量在断电状态下插拔SD卡,热插拔可能会导致SD卡无法识别,甚

至损坏。

8.1 Please plug/unplug SD card at power-off state if possible; otherwise, hot plug may lead to identification failure and even SD card damage.

8.2请尽量在黑屏的状态下等待一会,然后再打开屏幕。如果仍然无法读取,

请尝试重新启动手机。

8.2 Please keep the mobile phone under blank screen state for a while before turning it on. When SD card reading fails again, please try to reboot the mobile phone.

8.3检查SD卡是否损坏,可以尝试在电脑或者其他手机上读取,请检查您

的SD卡格式和容量是否在型号支持的范围内。

8.3 Check if SD card is damaged, try to read it through the computer or other mobile phone, and check if the format and capacity of your SD card is supported.

9.如果忘记了屏幕解锁密码

9. Forget screen unlock password

9.1如果手机设置了指纹解锁,可以通过指纹解锁输入和备份数据。

9.1 You can unlock screen with fingerprint to enter and backup data when fingerprint unlock is activated.

9.2如果实在忘记了屏幕解锁密码,可以通过恢复出厂设置重新启动手机,

但需要注意的是出厂重置后,手机中的数据将被删除,具体操作方法如下:

9.2 When screen unlock password is forgotten, you can reboot the mobile phone by recovering default factory settings, but the data in phone will be deleted. The steps are as follows:

手机关机,同时按住电源键和音量上键,进入工程模式。进入后,使用音量

上键选中recovery mode,再按音量下键,进入android recovery。

Turn on the mobile phone; meanwhile, hold the “Power” key and Volume + key to enter engineering mode. Select “recovery mode” via Volume + key; then, press Volume – key to enter android recovery.

使用音量下侧键向下移动,选中 wipe data/factory reset后,按电源键。

Press Volume – key to move downwards, select “wipe data/factory reset” and press “Power” key.

使用音量下侧键向下移动,选中factory data reset按电源键。

Press Volume – key to move downwards, select “factory data reset” and press “Power” key.

使用音量下侧键向下移动,选中power off,按电源键。

Press Volume – key to move downwards, select “power off” and press “Power” key.

最后长按电源键重新开机。

Finally, hold and press “Power” and reboot.

10.如果指纹传感器不灵敏

10. Insensitive fingerprint sensor

手机的指纹传感器设计比较平坦。上下滑动、左右滑动、长时间按压时,

接触面积可能相对较小,导致响应功能不能正常运行。

When the mobile phone’s fingerprint sensor is flat, the contact area may be small and lead to malfunction when sliding up/down, left/right or pressing the sensor for a long period.

10.1指纹上下左右滑动时,建议保持匀速滑动,并保持手指滑动距离,最好

完全覆盖指纹传感器区域。

10.1 It is suggested to have fingerprint sliding evenly at all directions, maintain the finger sliding distance, and the finger should fully cover the fingerprint sensor area.

10.2建议按压指纹时,尽量保持手指与指纹区域垂直、快速、大面积按压。

10.2 When pressing fingerprint, the finger should be vertical to fingerprint area, with fast and large area pressing.

11.如果电话里有回音

11. Echo occurs during calls

请注意,通话双方不能在同一个房间或距离太近,建议与设备保持至少10

米距离。当两部手机靠近时,你的手机发出的声音很容易被对方手机的麦克

风接收,然后从你的手机播放,造成回声噪音。

Both sides of the call should not stay in the same house or be too close; it is suggested to keep a distance of at least 10m to the device. When two mobile phones approach, the voice from your mobile phone can be easily received by the microphone of another mobile phone, then it is played on your mobile phone and leads to echo noise.

11.1如果在通话过程中听到自己的回音,通常是对方的手机出了问题。

11.1 When your echo is heard in the call, the mobile phone of the opposite side may be faulty.

以通过播放音乐和用手指堵住一边的孔来判断哪一边是扬声器,另一边则是

麦克风)

12.1 When this problem occurs randomly, the microphone can be blocked when you place fingers at the bottom while answering the call. You are suggested to pay attention to the holding position to avoid blocking the microphone during calls. (The main microphone is arranged in a small hole near the USB interface at the bottom. When both sides have holes, you can play  music and block the hole at one side to distinguish the speaker and microphone)

12.2如果您是在固定地点有声音小、断断续续、嘈杂的通话问题,请尝试更

换地点或通过手机的信号状态栏定位。这可能是由于您所在地区网络信号较

弱造成的。

12.2 When your voice is low, intermittent and noisy at the fixed place, please try locating by changing the location or signal status bar of mobile phone. This may be caused by weak network signal in your area.

12.3如果其他应用的录音效果和播放效果正常,则可能是网络问题或对方手

机出现问题。

12.3 The other APPs have normal effects of recording and playing, the mobile phone of opposite side can be caused by network problem.

12.4 When other APPs have the same problems in recording and playing, you are suggested to back up important data and contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacing another phone.

13.如果在通话过程中,听不到对方的声音

13.1请检查信号强度。如果信号比较差,说明网络覆盖有问题。建议将位置

移至信号较好的地方,看是否有明显改善。

13.1 Please check the signal strength. The network coverage is not full when signal is poor. It is suggested to move to the place with better signal to see if voice is clear.

13.2请尝试在手机上播放音乐,检查声音是否异常。如果出现异常,说明手

机的音频有问题。

13.2 Try to play music on the mobile phone to see if the sound is normal. If not, the mobile phone’s audio has a problem.

13.3如果出现问题时您是带着耳机,请尝试拔下耳机看是否还有问题。

13.3 When you wear earphones if there’s no voice from opposite side, try to unplug the earphone and see if the problem remains.

如上述操作后,问题还未解决,建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

If problem still exists after the operations above, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacing it.

14.如果相机打不开

14. Camera failure

14.1由于Android系统架构原因,同一时间只有一个应用可以打开摄像头,

其他应用必须先关闭摄像头才能打开。

14.1 Due to the architecture of Android system, the camera can be opened by one APP at the same time, and must be closed by other APPs before it can be opened.

14.2可能是手机中的一些第三方应用没有按照安卓系统架构的要求进行处

理,与相机相关的应用打开后没有关闭,比如手电筒、扫码等程序。您可以

先关闭这些应用程序,然后再返回相机到试一试

14.2 Some third-party Apps in mobile phone may not be processed according to the architecture of Android system, and camera-related APPs are not closed after use, such as flashlight and code scanning. You can firstly close these APPs, then return to camera and try again.

14.3Camera设备是一种灵敏的功能设备,请查看您是否禁用了该应用程序

的权限。你可以在“设置”-“应用”中查看应用程序对相机的访问权限是否

被禁用。请根据实际情况选择允许。

14.3 As the camera is a sensitive function device, you can check whether its authority is banned by viewing the access authority of APP to camera in “Settings” – “Application”. Please select “Enable” according to the actual conditions.

14.4建议您清除相机缓存,进入“设置”-“应用”-“相机”-“存储和缓存”

14.4 You are suggested to clear the camera cache by entering “Settings” – “Application” – “Memory and cache” and clicking “Clear cache”.

15.如果相机拍照模糊

15.1拍照时没有对焦或手机抖动都会导致相机拍照模糊,请确保拍照时相机

对焦、手机不要抖动。

15.1 Camera blur may occur in case of focusing failure or shaking of mobile phone. Please ensure normal focusing and avoid shaking when taking picture.

15.2请检查相机镜头是否有灰尘或脏污。

15.2 Check if camera lens has dust or dirt.

如上述操作均无法恢复正常,建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

When fault remains after the above attempts, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacement.

16.如果用原装充电器充电时突然显示需要标配充电器才能快速充电

16. The screen suddenly displays “standard charger required for quick charging”, when recharging with the original recharger 

16.1充电时,充电器、数据线、手机充电接口接触不良,可能存在无法识别

标准充电器问题。

16.1 The charger, USB cable and charging interface of mobile phone are in poor contact during the charging process, resulting in the failure of recognizing the standard charger.

16.2请检查连接器和接口是否干净,如果发现灰尘,建议您用酒精擦拭或用

毛刷清洁(如果是用酒精擦拭,则需要等待酒精晾干),确认端口全部插入

后,再充电确认。

16.2 Please check whether the connector and interface are clean and tidy. Remove dust with alcohol or a brush, if any, (if the product is wiped with alcohol, wait until the alcohol has evaporated ). Confirm charging after plugging in all ports.

如上述操作均无法恢复正常,建议您和购买平台客服沟通换机。

If the problem still remains after the steps above, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacing another product.

17.如果手机充电慢

17. Slow charging speed

17.1请检查移动电源的输出电流是否与充电器一致,如果不一致,可能会导

致充电缓慢或无法充电。

17.1 Please check whether the output current of mobile source is consistent with charger, for any inconsistency between them will lead to slow charging or charging failure.

17.2建议使用原装充电器直接连接充电。

17.2 Charge the mobile phone with the original charger directly.

17.3建议您排查下数据线是否插紧。

17.3 Check whether the USB cable is inserted firmly.

17.4建议您充电时关闭后台运行的应用程序,避免手机功耗高时温度升高,

这时则需要等待手机温度下降后再充电。

17.4 Exit the apps running in the background while charging to avoid temperature rise due to high power consumption. If this is the case, do not charge the phone until the temperature drops.

建议充电时环境温度低于30℃,或在开空调的房间中充电。这是由于环境

温度高、手机散热困难,充电速度会相对较慢,这是正常现象。

Recommended ambient temperature for charging: <30℃; charging at an air-conditioned room is recommended. It is normal, if charging speed becomes low in a high temperature environment due to slow cooling speed.

18.如果手机显示在充电,但没有充电

18. Phone screen shows charging in process but no charging indeed

18.1如果有充电图标,但是电池电量没有变化,请检查手机是否连接电脑进

行充电。因为电脑USB接口的输出电流很小且不稳定。如果手机系统正在

运行高功耗的应用程序,则输入电流较小。手机消耗的电量大于输入的电流,

最终电量不会增加。

18.1 Please check whether the phone is connected to the computer for charging, if a charging icon appears but the battery level remains unchanged. The output current of computer USB interface is low and unstable. The input current of phone will be low, if high-power apps are in progress. The new battery level may be offset with that consumed by mobile phone.

18.2建议您排查充电器问题,不正常的充电器也会出现类似的问题:

18.2 Check the charger, as a faulty charger may also lead to a similar problem:

19.如果手机几乎充满电时充电缓慢

19. Slow charging speed when the phone is almost fully charged

通常情况下,手机的电量越低,充电速度越快。当充电达到80%以上时,电

池电量接近满功率。为了保证使用安全,延长电池寿命,当电池快要充满时,

充电器输出的充电电流会逐渐减小,充电速度会减慢,直到完全充满。在整

个充电过程中,充电器的输出电流和电压不是固定的,而是会根据手机的状

态进行动态调整。正因为如此,有时您可能会误以为手机充电慢或充电器有

问题。这是正常现象,请放心使用。

In general, the lower the battery level, the faster the charging speed. When the battery level reaches over 80%, the battery level will basically reach full power. To ensure safe use and extend the battery’s service life, the charging current output of the charger will reduce gradually, so does the charging speed, when the battery is about to be charged fully, until it is fully charged. In the charging process, the output current and voltage of the charger always change dynamically based on phone status. That’s probably the reason why you believe a slow charging speed or charging fault by mistake. Please rest assured, this is normal.

20.如果手机信号不稳定、信号弱、无信号

20. Unstable, weak or no signal 

20.1请确认SIM卡已正确插入。

20.1 Please check whether the SIM card is properly inserted.

20.2请确认SIM卡是否与手机支持的频段匹配。

20.2 Please check whether the SIM card matches the frequency range supported by the phone.

20.3请检查手机状态栏图标是否显示无卡logo。如果显示无卡标识,请确认

SIM卡是否有效,另外您可以将卡插入其他手机查看是否正常。

20.3 Please check whether the no-card logo appears on the status bar icon of the phone. If yes, check whether the SIM card is valid. You can also insert the SIM card into another phone to check.

20.4SIM卡未激活,对于双卡手机,请选择“设置”-“SIM卡”,确认卡已

启用。

20.4 SIM card is not activated. For dual-SIM phones, please select “Settings”- “SIM card” to confirm that the card has been enabled.

20.5可能是你所处位置的网络信号差、没有信号。请稍等片刻或移动到信号

较好的地方使用手机。

20.5 Weak or no local network signal. If so, wait for a moment or go to another place with better signal.

20.6有些卡与卡槽接触不好,也会造成信号不稳定。如影响正常使用,建议

20.6 Signal may be unstable as well, if some SIM cards are not in good contact with the card slot. If you cannot use the phone normally, contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacing another one.

20.2请确认连接的SD卡格式是否为FAT格式,是否超过手机支持的最大SD

20.3当通过OTG线连接USB存储设备时,手机为USB存储设备提供电源,

不过由于手机当前的驱动容量有限,对供电要求高的USB移动硬盘可能无

法识别

20.3 The phone feeds power to an USB storage device connected by OTG line, but it might fail to recognize an USB mobile hard disk in high demand of power because of current limited drive capacity.

20.4 如果无法识别鼠标、键盘、U盘请先确保OTG线是正常的。

20.4 Please ensure OTG line is normal and if it fails to recognize the mouse, keypad, or U disk.

22.如果手机可以搜索汽车,但是无法配对

22. Your phone supports vehicle search but pairing fails

接。

22.1 The quantity of “paired devices” is limited in some vehicle memory pools, and pairing fails when the upper limit has been reached. Please delete one device from the list of paired devices before you make another attempt to enable pairing.

22.2如果以上操作后仍无法连接,请清除手机和汽车的配对列表,重启蓝牙

后重新开始搜索和配对。

22.2 If pairing still fails through the above operation, please clear the list of paired vehicles and reset Bluetooth before searching and pairing again.

If pairing still fails through the above operation, the problem might be that the onboard device is incompatible with the phone’s Bluetooth.

连接,请确认设备未与其他手机连接,然后重新连接蓝牙设备。

23.1 Please select “settings” – “connected devices”, and then check whether the media audio has been connected. If not, please confirm the said device is not connected with any other phone before you reconnect the Bluetooth device.

23.2请用除此手机之外的设备连接蓝牙设备,试下能否正常听音乐。

23.2 Please connect the Bluetooth device with another phone, and check whether music playback is normal.

23.3请确认蓝牙设备是否支持听音乐功能。

24.如果手机显示屏上有划痕

24. Scratch on your phone screen

24.1请确认出厂附带的保护膜是否被撕下,是否有划痕。

24.2如果有,请撕掉出厂附带的保护膜,然后确认现象是否消失。

24.2 If yes, please tear off the original protective film and then check whether the phenomenon disappears.

25.如果手机出现屏幕模糊、反应迟钝

25.1使用部分第三方应用时,触摸屏不灵敏。这时请确保您的手机软件更新

到了最新版本,并尝试将第三方应用程序也更新到最新版本。一些第三方应

用存在固有的设计问题会给人一种触摸屏不敏感的错觉

25.1 The touch panel is not sensitive when some third-party applications are used. In this case, please ensure your phone’s software has been updated to the latest version and then try updating those third-party applications to the latest versions. The inherent design problem existing in some third-party applications cause an illusion of touch panel insensitivity.

如果以上操作后问题仍然存在,可能是触摸屏硬件有问题。建议您提前备份

数据,和购买平台客服沟通换机。

If the problem still exists through the above operation, something might be wrong with the touch panel hardware. You’re suggested to make a backup of the data in advance and contact the platform’s customer service specialist for replacing another phone.

26.如果触摸屏没有反应

26.1触摸屏时,请保持双手和屏清洁干燥,否则触摸屏可能会无反应。

26.1 Please keep your hands and screen clean and dry during screen operation. Otherwise, the touch panel might give no response.   

26.2如果手机正在充电,屏可能会受到电流的影响,无法正常响应。

26.2 If your phone is being charged, the screen might give no response under the influence of current.

26.3如果手机正在充电且使用的不是原装充电器,请先停止充电,然后检查

触摸屏是否有反应。

26.3 If your phone is being recharged not by the original charger, please stop recharging and then check whether the touch screen responds or not.

26.4如果运行个别第三方应用时触摸屏没有反应,可能是第三方应用和手机

不兼容造成的。请卸载应用程序或备份重要数据恢复出厂设置。

26.4 If the touch panel gives no response when individual third-party applications are in operation, those third-party applications might be incompatible with your phone. Please uninstall those applications, or make a backup of important data before the factory reset.

27.如果手机过热

27. Phone overheat  

27.1手机在运行时,处理器、内存等内部部件处于高速计算状态,会产生热

量并散发出去。此外,手机一般采用金属机身、金属中框导热石墨片等技术,

这样热量可以更快地从机身中扩散出去,保证手机芯片的工作温度合适。手

机在工作时发热是正常的。

27.1 Since internal parts such as processor and memory unit keep high performance computing, the running phone produces heat and dissipates it. Besides, a phone usually is made up of metallic body, metallic center frame thermal graphite sheet, etc. so that heat could be quickly dissipated from the phone body to keep the chip’s working temperature appropriate. It is quite normal, if your phone heats during working.

27.2受机身尺寸的限制,手机不像电脑和其他设备那样通过风扇散热。手机在运

行时,CPU、内存、电池等产生的热量一般是通过手机机身被动向外传导的。

因此,在一些高功耗的场景下,比如玩游戏、播放高清、连续摄像、长时间

使用卫星导航、升级手机系统等,机身发热是正常现象,也是手机散热功能

的正常表现。高功率应用后,手机机身温度可以迅速恢复正常。另外,手机

屏幕长时间亮着或手机充电时,会有一定的发热现象。

27.2 Restricted by the body size, a phone does not dissipate heat via a fan like a computer or other devices. In normal cases, a running phone conducts heat from CPU, memory unit, battery, etc. to the exterior passively via its body. For this reason, body heating is a normal phenomenon and shows the normal heat dissipation function under some scenarios of high power consumption such as game playing, uninterrupted HD video playback, long use of GPS, phone system upgrading, and so on. The phone’s body temperature can return to normal fast after high power application. Additionally, a phone heats to some extent when its screen stays bright long or while it is being recharged.

27.3卸载可能出现异常的应用程序,例如问题发生前已安装的应用程序。

27.3 Uninstall applications which might cause abnormality, e.g., those installed before the problem appears.

27.4如果手机长时间没有关机或重启,建议重新启动手机,观察手机是否仍

有异常发热

27.4 If your phone has not been shut down or rebooted for an extended period, it’s advised to reboot the phone and observe whether abnormal heating remains.

27.5保证良好的散热:建议在充电时避免使用手机,充电时避免将手机放在其他物体上。

27.5 Guarantee good heat dissipation. It’s advised to avoid using the phone or putting it on another object during recharging.

27.6定期清理后台:尽量避免多个应用程序同时运行,经常清理后台软件,

这样可以减少CPU负载,提高手机电池寿命

27.6 Clear the back stage regularly. Try to avoid multiple applications running in parallel. Clear the back-stage software frequently to reduce the CPU load and to prolong the battery life.  

27.7选择“设置”-“显示”-打开“自适应亮度”

27.8关闭暂时不使用或不常用的功能开关(WIFI、GPS、蓝牙、自动同步等)

28.如果APP运行中被清理

28.1长按应用程序-应用信息-电池-管理电池用量修改成无限制;

28.1 Press and hold the application, and then select “application information” – “battery” – “management”. Set “battery usage” to “no limit”.

28.2设置-快霸-列表中打开应用开关。

28.2 Select “settings” – “DuraSpeed” – “list”. Switch on that application.
